Immerse yourself in the medieval history of Larochette Castle.
The castle overlooks the picturesque village of Larochette, giving it a very special character. The first buildings on the site date from the 11th century and are situated on a promontory of Luxembourg sandstone and dominate the valley of the Ernz Blanche, a tributary of the Sûre, by about 50 metres. A fire in 1565 reduced all the buildings on the site to ruins. The house in Créhange is the only one to have been restored in a more consistent manner during the 1980s.
Temporary art exhibitions and occasional concerts fill the historic walls with life.
Last admission is around 5 p.m.
